Goodbye Sola and Atchung this day April 22, 2018 we laid to rest our beloved pets. Sola was 15years old while Atchung was 11 years and 9mos old. They have been with us for so long which is why it was really hard to see them go. No more pain, I hope the two of you are happy now with the rest of our family.

They were euthanized today  April 22, 2018, it was unbearable to see them in pain.

Goodbye Anika

 

Anika is the last female dog we have, she was so fluffy specially when she was just a pup. She was like a stuff toy. She likes bossing around her siblings since she was one of the biggest among them when they were just puppies. Even though she’s a big German Shepherd dog, she’s gentle and well behave when meeting strangers, she's really sweet. She’s also the most loyal and she always follows what you tell her to do.

When she grew older, she develop a lot of tumors there’s one in her leg and a couple in his breast. However, for the long time those tumors didn’t grow big until lately when her tumor in the leg grew the tumor in her breast followed and grew even bigger until it burst. We had to call the vet and had her euthanized to stop the pain.

It’s really sad to see her go. Goodbye Anika we will really miss you and your fluffy soft coat!

Memorial Tribute to our big Dog Acer

Acer is the biggest dog of the bunch he’s playful and kind. He's well trained and knows a lot of commands.

He loves kids, but at times he can get too excited around kids which a bit scary since he’s really big. Yesterday (February 3, 2017) he got cranky and would pick a fight with Achung his other big brother and would stand up and walk from time to time. He did not eat his dinner and he looks uneasy so my mom gave him paracetamol. He lay down infront of the electric fan, drop his head and lay there quietly, when morning came my mom called him but he did not respond. When she looked closely he’s already dead.

Goodbye Acer, we will miss you and we will never forget you!

Farewell to our Dog Amber

On this day July 4, 2015 our dog Amber has gone to meet her maker. She had a lot of tumor overall her body. 6 months ago, she has a big tumor at the back of her neck that burst open and we took her to the vet to have it removed.

The bleeding started a week ago, she was bleeding all over. There were blood coming out of her ears, mouth and nose. We decided that she has suffered enough so we had her euthanized. We said our goodbyes. I pat her head and told her to rest already.

It was quick and uneventful, she just lay down on a bench and the vet injects her with barbiturates that painlessly stop her heart. It’s a sad day.

The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched. They must be felt with the heart.

Goodbye Chiqui

Lost another friend Chiqui.... Chiqui came to us after a flood in our area, she just stood at our gates begging to be adopted. Good bye! We'll be seeing each other again someday! Rocky and Atom will welcome you in dog heaven.

Memorial Tribute to our Dog Atom

Tragedy strikes again, this time it’s Rocky’s offspring Atom after just less than a month of Rocky's death. We didn’t notice any signs that Atom was sick he was eating and he was doing his usual stuff barking and running around, but last night August 16, 2014 he suddenly vomits his food. Then the morning of August 17 at about 8:00 AM he vomited the water he drank with blood. We gave him paracetamol and anti-biotic since he seems cold. My mom went to the church and buy medicine on her way home and I went out fetch my wife. When my mom arrives home, Atom was hiding his head in a board and when she lifts the board she saw Atom not moving and when she tried to pet him he was already dead. It was so sad, we haven’t had the chance to say goodbye. We were devastated.

Atom is a German shepherd. He is very protective and don’t get along with people that well, but he was a very tough guard dog. He has very soft coat and very huggable. His right ear is folded; it never went straight unlike his siblings. Atom when he was born, was not breathing my uncle resuscitated him to life now they are both gone. He loves chasing laser light. I will miss him, it was so sudden and now he’s gone.
